The ‘purging’ of our process pipework with an inert gas is crucial to the finish of the welds. This ensures that there is no oxygen present, which would result in the formation of porosity and increased threat from micro-biological and chemical attacks.

At Excel we strive for excellence in the quality of our finished products; with the aid of our in house hydroscopic testing equipment we can confidently boast that our engineers are producing welds that are integrally sound and of top hygienic quality!
